Today was a good day! Woke up full of energy, and maybe a bit too much, instead of cooking breakfast I cleaned up the house from top to bottom, went to the grocery store, ran errands, washed clothes and did yoga. And I did all that before 2 o'clock. I think I was really pumped starting P90X again.
Even though I missed breakfast I hit my diet goals. I added an extra scoop of protein to my recovery drink to make up for the missing breakfast. I thought the biggest challenge would be getting 181 g of protein, but that seems to be the easiest part because I went over by 20 g.
Right now I'm kind of sad because I can't take a lot of supplements because I'm nursing. so basically I'm down to a multivitamin and a protein. No CLA EFA BCAA for me and the most important a thermogenic so I'll be going extra hard during this cut.
Oh, and today was a plyometric day. can you stay beat like Tina. And I didn't even make it through the entire worked out. I Clonked out on the last 10 minutes. Strength training is so much a better thing for me.
