I am feeling a little better today. I kinda of got off track. I ate Poppies chicken three times in the last 2 weeks. McDonald and Starbucks banana nut bread. Starbucks really does it. I picked up 5 pounds. So I know I got to get back on track. So this morning, i had my coffee, getting ready to have some more coffee. I have my Canadian bacon, eggs and grits for my breakfast meal at 1pm. I am going to go home and have baked chicken, broccoli and cheese and smashed callower. I am going to have a muffin today and i have some cucumbers. I know what works for is to get all indulged into dieting. When I am all engrossed i have success.

So here i go... im such an emotional person. i hate that. Well you know I have lupus and as soon as I felt the weight, i started getting tired and my legs started hurting. So I know that is not a good sign. So I don't want to go back to not feeling good. I don't want to go back to not breathing and body hurting.

you are doing the right thing. nothing is worst then to feel poorly. I was depressed and unhappy before I really got into my diet. Now I feel so much better. I think you got your mind going in the right place and you will feel better soon
