Well, I've had my let's-see-how-fat-I-can–allow–myself–to–get–when–I'm–ridiculously–stressed–and-trying-to-avoid-reality run. I've allowed myself to far outstrip the weight I swore to myself that I would never reach (200 lbs). It is now officially time to get back to the I-love-to-run-and-eat-vegetables self. I've been there before. It isn't that abnormal for me, and therefore should to be possible to get back to. I only wish I hadn't let myself go quite to this extent. It is going to take me forever to get to where I want to be! Why is it so easy to pack on the pounds and so very difficult to get rid of them again? Anyway, here's the beginning of new era of improved health. Jiayou!
