Boy oh boy it's been a while. I'm staying away from the scale lol. I have been working out with a trainer since June. Running outside when I can(hot hot hot). I decided today that I will have to get up an hour early(6am) to run in the morning. So this morning I ran 2 miles yaaaaayyyyyy. My new schedule is Mon, Tue, Wed morning run. Thursdays trainer day.
