Thanks Suzi161 I guess we all just need to be reminded that a slipup is a slipup but as long as we keep going forward it's ok. I will have to eat healthy the rest of my life as well because I put on weight very easily. I believe if we want to look good then we have to put some effort into it! Thanks!
