Blood work came in last week. Work to do regarding getting my cholesterol down. Currently total is 299 with my good Hdl at 55 . Acl is 5.8
173.2 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
