I have been so hungry lately, but had a fairly small dinner and am so full I'm uncomfortable. good, this means the hunger is subsiding and I need to eat smaller amounts of food!
275.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 125.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
