It's new year and I am going to start over.
I kept off 18 lbs since meeting my goal last NOvember. Now to take off another 15 lbs. So on the anniversary of starting my journey, I have a goal of a 32 inch waist, 165# and size 12.
Here's to a new me -
I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength.
A Little suffering is good for the Soul, I CAN DO THIS.
