So, I lost almost a full inch off my waist in the last week - but I gained 2 pounds. How does that make sense?! It would if I had done lots of weight training or something, but I only lifted once last week.
I guess it's not too big of a deal, because the waist inches are what's important to me anyway...

You lost an inch on your waist which is awesome. Our bodies sometimes do strange things. The most important thing is to not give up and keep doing what your doing. Good luck!
