Can anyone help me estimate how many calories I’m looking at here? I’m at a company meeting and had to go with the food options available, so I did my best to eat well. The fish has some kind of butter sauce, the beef has no sauce. I’m terrible at estimating these things!

I would say about 340 calories. That's if you eat all the butter sauce. Was the zucchini grilled with oil? If so, add at least the equivalent of two tsp.

Good point about the oil! I don’t know how they cooked it, so I’ll assume it was made with lots of oil.
