This is my first day. So far, so good. Because of some success with weight loss in the past I kind of know what works for me. The problem is doing it. I like to exercise while doing it but will usually find a way to not do it. My biggest problem is that I love food and I love to eat. I love that filling of being so full I have to unbutton my pants. I equally hate the filling of being hungry. Another problem is that I'm from the deep South where food, family, and friends go hand and hand. I have no idea how to cook healthy (without frying). I find that as long as I'm busy and moving I can eat less and better. The thing is I love relaxing and eating while watching a movie. I also have two young boys so many times I have to eat when I can and whatever is lying around. So, to sum up, as long as I can move around and plan my meals I can do this. I don't have any kind of support at home so that is why I've decided to do this. We'll see what happens.
