Hey everyone I had my workout session with my personal trainer. Yea for me!!!!! It is going to cost me a bit of money, but I made this commitment to myself so I am to stick to the program.

I still have not receive my book but its on its way. So I am waiting patiently. Well thats all for tonight. I had a stomach problems for the last two days so I had not been able to write anything.
