I am bl**dy starving!!! Trying to keep to the 500 deficit is proving hard!!! Might be down to the TOM. Got to try get cals down more in meals so i can snack on high protein snacks.
dreading my weigh in on Tuesday don't know what way it will go. I hope and pray that I have lost. Once I know i have the hang of it i will go into phase 2.
