You are too much. Anxious to see the final product. Oh yes. One of my neighbors gave me a bag of deep fried mushrooms “chips” from the Philippines? His mom is here and she brought them. zero mushrooms for him but he knew I liked them. He wanted me to try them—- OMG, they were awesome. No English on the package, no nutritional info or anything. Manufactured by Aurora Foods in Manila. I checked Amazon but no go. Probably just as well. Have you ever seen/heard of anything like that. I was at Whole Foods today— they didn’t have mushroom chips of any kind either.

There is this garlic corn snack from the Philippines that are basically corn nuts with whole garlic cloves fried up with them then salted. Its called Cornick I think. Amazing shit.
