A couple of months until the first of a series of vacations. Going on a cruise... I love cruising but I know I have to work on my eating plan now! Sure I will have a great time and enjoy the entertainment and sea, but I also really enjoy the food. The goal over the next couple of months is to put on my big boy pants and learn to choose wisely...
I mean, how many steaks, cakes, pastas can I eat...(said tongue in cheek) but really...after all it's just food, right?
