I am not surprised by the weight gain. While it is still within my maintenance range, I know this time it is due to not exercising as much as usual. I have still being doing Orangetheory twice per week, but that's it. Usually (before my injury), I would do that, as well as cardio 2-3 times per week. I am really going to work on doing that again this month, to get back into the habit of it.
