Hurray! The scale says 399 lb this morning! My first milestone has been reached in just over 3 weeks!
For the record, my next milestone is 375 lb. If I hit that it will be the lowest I have weighed in roughly 5 years. I hit this weight last time I tried weight watchers but that was down from around 395 at the time.
I have decided at 299.5 lb I am going to waste alot of money on a present for myself =D. I am not sure what the present is as I pretty much have everything I want that is within my means. Maybe I can get a spring kit for the car or some headers and a cat back exhaust =D.
