Having a day where I have no motivation for the gym. I should go today because it will be hard to get 4 days in this week since we are going out of town this weekend for more fun. I ended up going and only did 15 minutes on the elliptical and left. I also hate Mondays at the gym because it's so busy. Oh, well. Had a good food day at least. Hope everyone had a good day.
