well today is NOT day 1 of the 3 day plan, I decided to start it tomorrow. Had other commitments that would have made it a pain to start today. Plus I feel yucky. It is probably due to my being off my woe on the weekend, although I did not eat 'bad' just not as good as I should, but c'est la vie.
It has been so hot here also and I do not have a regular AC, just a portable one and fans of course. I did not turn on the portable yet since it really only cools one room ok and I had a lot of out side and multi room work to do this weekend with my son. That is another reason I feel yucky, I'm not use to working in the heat! Oh well, I'll be ok. Just kind of tired and drained.
