so for the last few months i have done poorly and my weight is up again. so Im back to entering foods and trying to watch what I consume. I'm so hungry and I want to sleep a lot. I have to get this under control but I feel so lost right now. I do ok for a few days and then blow it or stop entering foods because it takes up so much of my time.

Hey GypsyPrincess,
This may sound counter intuitive, but if you increase your protein intake, you won't feel as hungry and tired, but you will continue to lose weight. Adding 10 or so almonds to your diet would also help give your body the healthy fats it needs to encourage more weight loss.
