I have been off for weeks...I quit weight watchers, because I figured why pay the money if I'm not doing the program. I know the program so I am going to try to do it now...I feel like such a loser...and not in a good way...I need to get my act together!

Good luck to you! I do WW too... but haven't ever attended any meetings, just use my points calculator... so it can be done. I find the diet calendar useful here for keeping me on track and add the points values next to food, so you might find that useful too. Fatsecret have just added a points value calculator that appears on the right side of the page as you enter food. Not sure how accurate it is... as currently it doesn't appear to calculate half-points... so you may need to consider that if you do use it as a guide. But it's a step in the right direction and good to see those improvements here. :o)

You can do it at home. I do. You just have to write everything down. At least that is what helps me. I have been doing well without going to meetings. I too want to try to save the weekly fee. So far, so good. This site really helps me too. Good luck to you.

Good to have you back. Once you have all the WW materials it is just a matter of sticking to the plan. You have already lost 10 pounds so go for another 10. You can do it!!!!

I think you can have your accountability right here, if you choose to. Just promise yourself to write down your food, weigh once a week, and exercise at least every other day, and you've got the start of a great program, for FREE. It's about being good to ourselves, and we are going to feel so much better as we start seeing those pounds melt off!
