It's been a rough week, and falling out of bed this morning didn't make it any better. I have been hurting most of the time and not much helps. I went to TOPS Thursday am and gained 1/2 a pound, not good, but could have been worse. I forgot to journal for two days, unusual for me and the heat indexes have been in the triple digits, did I say I hate summer in SC. Now I know why I am hurting today, as I landed on my back and butt, and scraped my elbow and bled on the pale green carpet, knocked everything off the bedside table and spilled bottle of water and bruised both knees. I think the rest of the day should be uneventful! Angie came over to help straighten stuff up(my daughter). Had originally plane to go to the store today, but tomorrow will be fine. Hope everyone has a better start to their day, but I am blessed as no broken bones or ambulance trip to the hospital required. Will talk to Eloise later.
