Drank another gallon today, it's really not that hard. I pretty much achieved my goal of 104 lbs, but I'm not super happy. I want to loose weight more fat, but I know I should be losing more weight. I'm 5' 3", so now being 104 lbs, technically underweight right now, even though I'm not really skinny. So I need to start eating a little more, and doing more weight training so I don't end up losing muscle from this diet.
