It felt good yesterday to not feel like I wanted to eat everything in the cupboards. I did a good workout too, so that always makes me feel better. Today will hopefully be the same. I actually checked the scale this morning and I was down a bit from yesterday, so I think a lot of my gain was some of the salty foods that I'm not used to and ate on Sunday. We'll see how things progress.
