I'm being very good, but the weight has stayed the same. I am doing well with getting up in the morning and doing an exercise routine from Exercise TV. I'm hoping to see 150 soon.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
