I'm back in the swing of things; got my internet back, and trying to re-establish my habit of logging everything that I eat. Inspite of not being able to log my food intake, for a week, I was able to maintain my LC lifestyle and lose some weight. :-) I actually missed not being able to log my food; which shows how dependent I've become on using this tool. Later on, today, I'll be improvising a LC lasagna, to eat on for the next few days, and already have plans to make a spinach, bacon, and cheese quiche; but that will have to wait, because it's the same casserolle pan.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 July 2012:

I'm glad you are back. As for myself, I'm still not in the swing yet, but feel that soon I will be back to my normal food routine again.

I know I've become so dependent on my journal entries and tracking food that I'd feel quite off-kilter if I couldn't do it for a day or two. I'm a girl of routine, so I'm afraid it would throw me off too much. You go with the food creations! Those both sound wonderful. Today I'm mixing up some chicken salad to eat on beds of lettuce throughout the upcoming weekend, and I think some egg salad while I'm at it. Have a great Thursday!
