Doing good so far... cutting down on carb intake. I’ve been researching Keto and fasting and may give a combo approach a try. Did A Keto-like diet in the past and worked well. That may help me achieve short term progress. Fasting appears to be a good way to flush my system out and rid toxins. Long journey ahead regardless of what path is chosen.
