June 12 Blood sugar was 119, down 20 pts from yesterday although I ate more carbs. I have not weighed but intend to on Sunday. I feel better. The flu after- effects are slowly passing away on week three ( those aftermath effects having been extreme weariness, aches and pains, coughing, phlegm, etc.) Slept very well last night. from 8:30 to 4:30 without any wakefulness keeping me awake after potty breaks, but from 4:30 to 6 drowsing and fully awake at times. watched news from 5:30 to 6 and it did help me wake up in a gradual manner so I was fairly alert by 6.
