Haven't been able to stick to a low calorie diet. Still nursing some and not wanting to give up wine! So now feel ready to try again. My goal is to drop 1/2 to 1 pound a week by eating app 1800 calories and exercising 30 minutes most days.

I think this is reasonable and doable. I want to record my efforts for accountability.
