I was wondering if anyone out there is stuck after getting off phase 1 and going to phase 2 with South Beach diet?

I always got stuck getting out of Phase 1 of SBD. I was diligent and did everything the "right way" and I just couldn't lose past Phase 1. I restarted it about 6 times over the course of a year and a half. Good luck.

I only have to ditto what I said in your past several posts and journals, that it really helps when you keep a food diary. Best wishes.

Some people, more than others, need to monitor their overall consumption. A food diary is one efficient way to do this. It's easy to overdo things on any diet.

Not really stuck...more of a challenge to see how my weight fluctuated with intro to Phase 2 foods. My weight loss has slowed but I am still truckin'(and eating ww bread, yipee).

The best way to get help from FS is to keep a food diary, maybe someone can give suggestions.

I stayed on Phase 1 for a few weeks and easily transitioned into Phase 2 - which is when i began diligently journalling in the food diary....the first few days i spent tweaking fat intake etc....It's MUCH easier to see what might be going wrong by keeping a diary. And also keep a close eye on what's working....Huggies
