Had a Jimmy John’s Unwich today no tomato and pickle instead of cucumber. Hard to do an accurate count for carbs. Also had to add mayo separately as all Unwiches on the list here say “no mayo”. It was good but probably a sometimes treat, I am stuffed! I haven’t weighed myself in 2 weeks but have an appointments the doc tomorrow and hopefully I’m down some. I found it difficult to find things to eat on my work trip so I think I flubbed a bit on hidden carbs (in prepared meals). It will be ok.
