Things I tell myself on the hard days...

I'm tired is starting over so I'm not giving up.
I don't want it..as opposed to I can't have it.
This isn't a diet, it's just how I eat now.

Some days those statements help more than other days but I'm currently on my 9th day of not giving in!

Awesome. I have found changing the way i talk to myself to be critical to how my program is going.
