ok weekend is gone. I was ok on my woe but did give into a couple cravings. For some reason I have been craving grape nuts (cereal) so I had that Sat & Sun with a banana and coco/almond milk. Plus other foods, BUT I did not give into buying & consuming wine, etc, etc. So even though I did not follow my lowcarb woe I still was ok, At least I THINK SO! Today I'm ok, but not in the best mood so I won't comment a whole lot, just to say I will be ok. I did go to the 24/7 fitness gym Saturday for a little bit. I have been away from a gym in so long I don't even know how to use some machines, but they will have an orientation and advise what/how to use them. For now I am happy since it is on my way to work and way home. I didn't feel like going this morning before work, but considering my mood and how things are going I KNOW I will need it on my way home, so I'm planning on stopping then and at least use the exercise bike and other things I recognize.
