Welcome to Fat SEcret and to the Atkins way of eating (WOE). If you need anything don't hesitate to ask, there are lots of wonderful people here. If I might make a suggestion, I would make use of the food journal, as it really helps to keep track of the amount of carbs you eat. I was doing it in a notebook, then found FS and I tracked both here and there for a while, but now only use the food journal on here for tracking. It also helps when we hit a stall, if your buddies can look at what we are eating, and make suggestions for tweaking. Good luck. You will do great!!
