It's been a few day since I've written in my journal. Well, I still am liking the accoutiblity this has provided for me. It is keeping on track and showing me what to tweek and what not to tweek. This next week I'm going to concentrate on keeping my sugar's low and my protein higher. I still want to continue drinking 100oz. of water a day. This is curbing my appetite. Well that's all for now,
