Ahhh went down from 144 to 142-ish in about 2 weeks thanks to my working out regularly now. I had gone up in weight to to stress. Husband leaving you can do that.

I've made more of a connection b/t my mind and my body. I'm not dieting. That's always temporary. I'm trying to make permanent changes in my activity level and eating habits.

My weakness: drinking calories!
Current strength: portion control!

I've been doing a lot of yoga at home, and walking. Yoga is great. I'm seeing improvement in strength and flexibility.

My goal is to lose 5 lbs at a time: current goal is 139.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
