Had - 2 crispbreads 200 one slimfast - 200 pack crisps - 100 alpen light bar 70 cals rice - 100 cals vegies 200 cals quorn chunks 100 cals sweet and sour sauce 100 cals cake 100 cals <1200 cals - excellent job!!
