I have got an interview in work today for a new job and they are providing lunch, which will probably be sandwiches and crisps. I think I will take a pack of 100 cal crisps and a slimfast shake, which I can sneak out and drink. I will probably overload on caffine too, as they are providing coffee!!
Will let you all know how I get on!

Hi Everyone -
Yesterday I had a really good day and I am feeling really positive.
I have joined a local gym this morning and I know I can do this.
So far today I have had -
One Slim Fast Shake - 200 cals
7 dried apricots - 100 cals
I am taking into work -
1 ready meal and one bag of steam fresh veg - 500 cals
When I get home from work I shall have one Slim Fast Shake and one 100 cal snack - 300 cals.
I have worked out and burned off 300 cals.
So the total cals for today will be - 800 cals!

I am in work at 1pm today, so before I go in I will have had my breakfast Slim Fast mid morning snack (7 dried apricots)and Lunch Slim Fast shake.
To work I am going to take a pear,Ready meal (Chicken and noodles - 350 cals) and veg, and when I get home from work I will have a 100 cal snack.
Totalling 1200 cals.
I am going to start my new exercise regime today also and burn off at least 300 cals per day.

OK today I have had
Slim fast shake 200
Shapers sandwich 250
Shapers crisps 100
Pear - 80
Apple - 100
1/2 pack beanfreaks chilli - 150
Kidney beans - 100
Wedges - 200
Go ahead bar - 120
Total - 1300 approx
So have been quite good.
Went to see Indiana Jones in the Cinema with my friends little boy - very good indeed.
