Kielbasa sausages! Roasted garlic flavor. I pick them up from Publix in packs of 4. They also have a delicious jalapeño flavor as well but it’s very spicy!

There are essential proteins, essential fats, but no essential carbs. So, technically, we don't have to have any carbs.
