Thanks. The lo and the bump up surprised me. Yesterday was the first day back from a long weekend where I tried to stay keto at a camp where unlimited carbs were available. I decided to have a cheat meal on the Monday so that I had something to blame my inevitable gain on and was really surprised when I got home Monday night to find that I was measuring ketones at all. Anyway, yesterday I had a salad for lunch, drank lots of fluids and by the time I got home, it was too late for dinner so I had a snack of pork rinds, nuts and cheese. I kind of expected to be down and deeper into keto, but the human body is an amazingly frustrating machine more complicated than even Rube Goldberg could imagine.
