10 minute jog 3x12 Squats, end weight: 205 3x12 Deadlifts (light, perfecting form) 5x12 Leg presses, end weight: 340 10 mins on elliptical
Little by little by little I'm getting stronger. NEW GOAL: By the end of the summer I want to be squatting 225 with perfect form and pressing 360
