It's been a strange old weekend. I've thrown low carb almost out the window in favour of wine in the sun. However I have tried to keep my food carbs low. I managed to get to the gym once and went for a good dog walk. back at it hard as of tomorrow. constant pow carb/dieting isn't feasible. I have now come to the conclusion I would rather take 2 years to lose it all in a way that is sustainable than lose it all quickly and like it back on. Here's to another week of pushing hard for the loss 😊
