Well I haven't lost or gained, but I've been going to the gym for almost 2 weeks now. I do a hard hour of cardio 3-4 times/week, and i've kept pretty well on track with good eating habits. I find I can't help but shovel chocolate down my throat though this time of month... Anyone ladies have that similar problem or know how to curb that? Either muscle is building or i'm just going to plateau for a bit now? Hopefully I see lbs disappearing again soon though
