Dagnabit, I'm up a pound! I didn't lose anything in the last 6 days.
I feel like I have been doing well! I guess I just need to try even harder. getting close to that last ten..rrr. But it's more like 15 actually.
I didn't really work out enough this week, I need to amp it up. I am going to shoot for a calorie deficit of 800 rather than 500 and see if that helps.
I am up 0.6 from yesterday. I wonder if it is possible I underestimated the calories in the fat free brownies? I only had two small ones, and salad for dinner! Oh well, i won't eat any more brownies today just in case. I sent most of them to work with hubby, he likes them a lot! Kaelyn can have the last couple. I hope it will get warm today like it is supposed to, I could get out and walk! Otherwise, it's exercise videos as usual. Either way, it's time to get serious. i'm not sick any more, and my stomach feels better, so back to work!
i have worked out 6 days this week, but the intensity could definitely be better.

Hang in there, you are doing great. Plus I know I always have my ups and downs and this week with my period it is up a pound. Keep on focusing.

I would doubt that two lil brownies would be the weeks results for you. Only 800 calories? I think your body could be going into starvation mode. I know that the lowest I've heard from docs is 1200 calories. Watching fat as well, of coarse. Be careful or you can really put stress on your body if you put it into starvation in and out .... it's terribly hard on your organs and can cause serious damage. Eat healthy and exercise... you know your body and what it can have and what it can't. You can DO IT! :)

No, I didn't say I would eat 800 calories, I said I was going to try for a DEFICIT of 800, which means burn about 300 more calories than I have been, by adding a workout and maybe cutting calories back to 1280-1350.

It could just be that the big loss you saw when you were poorly wasn't a true loss, because when you look at your week on week weight, you've still lost 1.6 lbs, which is perfect! You're doing great and looking fabulous, so don't worry too much! :)

I didn't record what I lost when I was sick. It was down to 133 the day after I was sick, but I didjn't record that. 134.6 was my weight before i got sick. Oh well, I'll figure it out.
