this was my weight on Thursday morning 17/5/18 @ 7amish after a quick pt session. we done measurements in which my body fat % was higher (26.3% v 25.3% prev) but my weight had dropped from 73.somethign to 71.7..... so weird as I have purposely been avoiding cardio and only weight training or Hiiit with weights to make sure I dont lose muscle like my last 6 week challenge:/.....well see what I am this thurs?
158.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
