Then and now.... about 10 ads away from 250 which is the smallest I've ever been so its been slow and a learning progress between school and the life i have with chemo its been a constant struggle with my over all health but i have a love for myself and food so progress is always better.... Ive seen a lot of stuff about how to define a weight loss journey or how long is to long well I've been at this since 2009 when once i weighed over 400lbs and not that surgery is cheating or the sleeve is cheating by any means i just always believed in my head i got this way on my own and i got to fix this on my own and yea one day i might need some surgery for my skin and my stomach because it hangs lower then most average people my age so but i figured my best bet with losing weight was gaining knowledge on how i fuel or feed my body so could have i gotten surgery and lost the weight really fast probably but i had the resources to educate myself on food and nutrition and i have the love for the gym i love cardio yes i love cardio i have a love hate relationship with weights but i have a fascination on how to use my body as a weight its self most people call it calisthenics but i don't since i can barely push and pull my own weight but one day i hope to be able to do a handstand push up and pull ups with no band assistance But i guess what I am saying is that ill always be on a journey with losing weight and achieving goals that when i started back in 2009 i did not expect any quick fix by any means but i was in it for the long haul and on the way I've had a lot of up and downs and i will never give in to an easy fix but instead to learn and grow and do better.
