Well, heck. I'm happy that I haven't gained even MORE weight. I did briefly hit 150, which encouraged me to lose down to 142, but then life happend again.😑
I did another 3 weeks of substitute teaching Zumba Gold, practicing every day, going to Silver Sneakers classes, and some Zumba classes. My pain level was too high, and the Grocery Outlet right by where I taught had Halo Top light ice cream for crazy-low prices, which encoraged me to have a pint with pistachios on top more than a few times. 😀. Sometimes, another pint after dinner.
I was too tired/sore too often to do my healthy food prep. I also baked healthy cookies to share with my Zumba crew and/or Silver Sneakers classmates. I'm really really happy/lucky that I haven't gained more weight.
I'm also very determined that I will lose weight. I've dug out what fat clothes I hadn't gotten rid of, bought myself new larger gym clothes, but I want to wear my old cute gym clothes. I want to have my back hurt less; I'm sure that my belly isn't helping that. I won't even mind having my boobs shrink again!
I need to make the time to be HERE more often.
