Up some today. I think because I treated myself in mothers day to a polish jelly donut for breakfast and a soft serve ice cream later in the day. And I was close to my calorIe allotment but didn't go over it. And in the afternoon, I realized I craved more sugary goodies. My sugar addictions. So back on the wagon today.
