Morning started rough since I had an appointment. This meant that I had to skip breakfast. Nooo! I was able to grab my fave Tim Horton coffee (large) with cream. It's Friday, which means payday for the husband...and even though he's at work, I'm taking the kids out to lunch. Planning to eat ON PLAN, which won't be a problem where we're going. Some sort of broiled meat or seafood and salad, plus a side veggie and water with lemon. Mmmm!

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 July 2012:

It was! I actually ended up having Smothered Chicken (melted cheddar, mushrooms, bacon), a small Caesar side salad (which I couldn't finish), and a side of steamed broccoli. It was wonderful. :)
