Last week was a rough week for me in terms of eating healthy and as a result, I didn't lose any weight. My children spent a week with grandma for the first time ever and my husband and I had date nights all week long. So, the eating out killed my diet. I did get in some exercise in the early part of the week, but slacked towards the weekend. Managed to get in alot of dancing though! I'm excited that my kids came home today...I missed them like crazy. So now, back to work. I guess the positive side is that I didn't gain any weight...but I will do better this week.
